nowthisistaken :  Manchebo or Bucuti & Tara in Aruba! Manchebo is all inclusive including alcohol, small boutique with a private beach, cabanas with drink service, a pool, all awesome.

I’ve been to both – Manchebo’s great, B&T is 18 years + which is awesome, but they’re not all inclusive.

Also, direct flight from NYC!

I can’t specifically help because I’ve never been many places, however my fiancé and I have done multiple all inclusive mexico trips through the website cheapcaribbean.com and we booked out Jamaica honeymoon through there as well. That website is the best. It’s all inclusive resorts plus airfair for reasonable prices. You pick the location and you can read reviews and see pictures. I definitely recommend

nowthisistaken :  checkout Groupon! They always have awesome all inclusive deals to the Caribbean. The prices usually include flight too. if you have the app, the vacation deals are under the “getaways” tab.

We stayed at Punta Cana Princess and it was amazing in the DR. We booked everything through vacationexpress.com

Grenada. If you’re going to the Caribbean, this is the best place to go.

We loved Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in Montego Bay. The food was incredible, every room has the same lovely setup and and decor, the shows are awesome (we didn’t miss one!), the disco was great, the drinks are strong and delicious, and it’s not overly big. We met a ton of great people who we still keep in touch with. We also never had an issue finding a place to setup by the pool or beach each day. We never went on any excursions because we had such a blast at the resort everyday! We cannot wait to return!! I literally can’t think of anything I didn’t love. Room service was slow one night. But overall it was amazing. I did yoga on our balcony every morning while my husband and his new friends played beach volleyball. I did the water aerobics classes and played all the games throughout the day. It was such a blast! And seriously, the food. I am a lactose intolerant vegetarian and ate like a queen!

nowthisistaken :  So the honeymoon suites were already filled up but we met couples that had it see below:

  • 1 bottle of rum. Is in all rooms
  • 1 20 minute Massage (per person per week). Yes, if you get the honeymoon package
  • 1 20 minute Romantic massage (per couple, per week). Yes, if you get the honeymoon package
  • 1 Breakfast in the room (per couple, per week). Yes, if you get the honeymoon package
  • 1 Romantic dinner in the Punta Cana Princess restaurant (per couple, per week). Yes, for all honeymooners!!!
  • 1 Gourmet Dinner at La Cava or Pescador restaurant (per couple, per week). Yes, if you get the honeymoon package
  • Private Merengue and Spanish lessons. <– not sure about this?
  • 1 beach bag. Yes, in all rooms

If you had a honeymoon suite, did you get this as well? Can you tell me a little more about the massages and dinners? Did they try to get you to buy more with anything? So I only went to the one dinner they gave you a free picture they took 3 and you could choose to buy the other 2 but nothing else. They did however have a band come and play so they expected tips if that makes sense.

I see that for all-inclusive it doesn’t include dinners at certain places – “La Cava” and “El Pescador” Gourmet Restaurants (Caribe Princess Hotel) So it includes almost all the resturants except the very top end which are those 2. But if you get the honeymoon package you get to go for free!

How were the restaurants? Which did you love/not love? The fondue place wasnt our favorite but the others were really good!

Were you able to have the front desk reserve a cabana on the beach for you, or did you have to just get there and claim it as soon as possible? Downside. You have to just take your chances from what we experience however, the front desk was awesome and very helpful.

I do recommend swimming with the dolphins and Saona Island is a must!!!!

Every night the resort has a different themed dinner and lots of different activities. We went to the sister resorts for food but that was it although you can use their pools and activities as well.
