@shannonh32:  I would try signing up for TravelZoo or something similar. You get weekly deals, and since it’s based on price rather than location, you might find something you never would’ve considered yourself. Or if location doesn’t matter that much, you might just find such a great deal that location doesn’t really matter! Good luck with your search πŸ™‚

Fi and I are going to Sandals in the Bahamas. I’ve heard nothing but great things and I can’t WAIT to put my wallet away for five whole days πŸ™‚ A lot of times, I think which place is best depends on the time of year, since the islands get different weather based on how close to the equator they are. Since we’re going in June, we’d be pretty crazy to go anywhere farther south than the Bahamas … but in September you may have more options!

You should look in to some of the all inclusive resorts in Maldives. My Fiance and I just went for a vacation together in March and it was AMAZING! We are still planning where we want to go for our Honeymoon.

If you are on a budget like me, Poconos is a great choice, its in Pennsylvania and its all inclusive and gorgeous, not a beach though.  They have a champagne glass hot tub :3

There are some AWESOME all-inclusives in Mexico. And if you stay in the touristy areas they’re safe!

We are going to a Couples resort in Jamaica.  Luckily, we had enough FF miles for first class tickets all the way and saved some money.  It is costing us 3300 dollars for the all inclusive in March 2013.  We steered away from Hawaii and Mexico for various reasons.  Seems like we will get more for our money in Jamaica.

Try http://www.travelbyjen.com for some incredible deals on all-inclusives in Mexico and the Caribbean.  We caught Riviera Maya in Mexico at the tail end of the swine flu scare and did an adults only 5-star for $750 per person including airfare.  It was 7 days of absolute bliss.  Good luck!!

I’ve heard the overwater cabanas in belize are AMAZING and way cheaper than the bora bora ones. I really want to try this out. They have cool jungle adventure trips like natural water slides and ziplines too.
