We stayed at Bahia Principe at Akumal in Mexico. It was $2500 for the week and we got a penthouse suite with a private jacuzzi. And it was kid free was was a huge plus! We had a fabulous time!

I’m browsing this very minute for an all inclusive in either the Dominican Republic, Mexico or Jamaica for February or March. Its about $2600 on average for 5 nights with business/first flights. Economy would of course be cheaper. Play around with the dates and be flexible. ๐Ÿ™‚ You’ll find something. None of my last four vacations were over $3k for two. Favorite all inclusive so far is Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay. Honeymooning in St Lucia next year!

I have stayed at Bahia Principe in Montego Bay in March and it was 900 pp. I also went to Mexico twice and spent less than 900 both times. You should check out cheapcaribbean.com. They have great deals.

We went to Cabo a few years ago at an all inclusive resort and loved it! 5 days at the Riu Palace in Cabo with unlimited food / alcohol and 2 plane tickets from LAX to Cabo I think we spent $2800. It was an incredible resort and we would totally do it again!

I’ve stayed at a Royal Decameron for $600/week all inclusive including flights.  That was obviously a fluke and off season, but it was a lot of fun, and 4 stars I believe.  I’m on their email list, and the prices are very reasonable.

Hi there! I just went to Puerto Vallarta with my cousin this past summer and stayed at an all inclusive resort for 6 nights. We booked through Expedia and if I remember correctly, I think it was under $900/per person including flights. We live in the midwest in the United States so the travel wasn’t bad either. The resort was amazing and the whole time I was thinking about how awesome a couples trip would be. Everyone is so friendly, there’s a ton to do and the food was AMAZING. I highly recommend it!

We’re going Secrets at Playa Mujeres for about $2700 including airfare for five nights for a destination wedding in February. I was budgeting more so it was a happy surprise when we finished the booking!

One of my co-workers swears by cruises so I have been eyeing those for awhile.

Ok I just booked an all inclusive yesterday!

GROUPON! Seriously. I booked a 7 night stay in a suite in Punta Cana. All inclusive. Flight included (nonstop)… for… $1,099 per person! I’m pretty excited. They have a bunch of great all inclusive deals right now, go check it out!

ETA: were staying at the resort posted above by someone else. Princess Resorts or something like that.

You can find some great all-inclusives in Mexico for less than 3K (including flights).
