el dorado royale.  We have been to a couple in maya riveria, and this is our favorite.  It is an all gourmet resort, so the food was AWESOME!

@TaraSondra:  My fiance and I are going to the Iberostar Grand Paraiso in Riviera Maya!  It’s a 5 star resort (adults only) all inclusive.  You even get your own butler!  The suite we’re staying in even includes an adorable wicker swing for two on the balcony.  You should definitely check it out 🙂

I went to dreams riviera cancun resort & spa. It was reasonably priced and the staff was super friendly. I went with a girlfriend and while it wasn’t meant as a romantic trip for us, it was honestly such a nice place to stay and we felt safe and all that. and the food was good too, lots going on all the time!

We went to the Royal Hideaway in Playacar and it was amazing!!!  Adults only, super close to Playa del Carmen, and not too big.

Fiance and I are going on a group trip at the end of June to the Valentin Imperial Maya.  It’s adults only, all inclusive and has great reviews.  I can let you know firsthand how it was in July!
