I just ate a whole freaking packet of banana lollies!
I feel awful now (sugar low?) to top it all off lol.
My friend bought them for me because she knows I love them and I love them so much I ate the whole lot!

No no…it’s not wasted. Just make an agreement with yourself that you’ll put in an extra workout this week. 🙂 That’s what I do when I fall off the wagon…or rather “jump” off the wagon.

Not wasted.. you’d be in further in the hole if you ate the whole bag AND hadn’t exercised all week.

Jump off is right lol, I knew exactly what I was doing – with no regard for my sweaty zumbaing self during the week. But yep at least its better than eating them all and not exercising!
I will Zumba every morning to make up for it! 😀

Its not wasted! It gave you the opportunity to enjoy something without gaining! Also, excercise speeds up your metabolism so you burned it quicker than you would have!!
