hey ladies! I just joined today and I keep drooling over pictures of rings I’ve seen posted! I’m trying to decide what kind of engagement ring I want. Size/style/stone shape etc. I’m having trouble picturing what the different sizes of center stone would look like on my hand. If you don’t mind posting a picture and telling what your ring size and the size of your stone that would be so helpful! 🙂

My ring size is 5.75! This is a .91 ct round brilliant in a 2mm pave. It’s cheaper to go just below whole carat sizes and you can’t really tell a size difference. Hope it helps!! These are SO many beautiful rings on here.

Size 5, tacori something or other. 2ct round solitaire in a 4 prong setting with teeny diamonds in the band. I ALWAYS wanted a princess cut, but when I compared them, the round was so much more sparkly!!! Plus the setting ALMOST makes it look like a princess lol

Pictures of others are a wonderful starting point but until you try things on yourself you won’t know what style/size looks best on you.
I love threads about showing off rings though. So much fun to see all the different styles out there!

Size 5.75 and maybe a little over a carat round center stone with side baguettes. This is an heirloom ring so I don’t know the exact measurements.

Here’s my chubby 5.5 hand with my chubby .90 Oval and a 2.5mm band. I love it, but no picture really does it justice.
