mrssam:  I have a couple of pics of odd pairs, but I’ll try to get some more and post them. Keep meaning to do a whole collection pic and not getting round to it!

mrssam:  Thank you!

You’re right about the 4th pair; that pic doesn’t do them justice at all. In real life they are super sparkly, and the AB crystals are just beautiful; they’re irridescent and so change colour from pink/silver/gold/purple/green. LOVE them, and everyone always stares at them when I wear them lol.

The 3rd and 4th pairs were both my wedding shoes: the JCs for the ceremony, drinks reception and meal (around 12pm-6pm) and then from about midnight until 5am; and the Ginas from 6pm-midnight for all the dancing 🙂

Here’s a stock photo of the Ginas to give you an idea:

ETA: Most of my pairs of Ginas involve crystals; they’re kind of known for it. I have a silver and a pewter pair similar to the ones above, but in a sling-back style with plain crystals, and a thicker strap at the front (the Naomi style). Also have a stunning strassed dark grey satin pair, and a beautiful black velvet pair with crystal detailing at the front. Will def try to get more pics in the new year, I love sharing shoes pics lol

Popping back to see all the glorious updates.

ill add a pic too. These are my Manolo Blahniks. I wore these pretties for my engagement do. If you remember my previous thread, I love an ebay bargain. These were unworn from a lady selling lovely things. They came with box and receipt too!  She ended the auction weirdly in the middle of the night so I think lots of bidders missed out. I got them for £45!

Im also hoping you wonderful shoe ladies can help me find my wedding shoes. I’ve posted my civil office ones but I need ones for my actual wedding ceremony. I’ll be wearing a plain mikado silk style long dress in Ivory/off white. I’d like closed toes. Would love super high heels but for comfort and walking around our venue (the first bits at an eco site with shell paths!), I need a pair maybe 1-2 inches.  Everything I love is super high, everything with a lower heel looks, umm, I dunno, not elegant and glam enough. I’m also poss looking for evening flats too and would consider blush as well as Ivory. I’m all for a bargain but I don’t mind paying out for wedding shoes if they are totally fabulous (and perhaps I could dye them afterwards too). So gorgeous shoe ladies of the bee…where do I look?

UK-bee:  JC have a few pairs with a low heel. I’d also take a look at yoox.com; massive range of designers, and you can search by price/heel height/colour/size. I’ve bought a few pairs from there now and would recommend.

mrssam:  will do! The designer just emailed back saying they are dyeable, but some cobblers may refuse because they don’t send a swatch with the shoe.

barbie86:  I’ve just spent ages looking at all the lovely shoes on this site. It’s brilliant thank you! Got excited thinking I’d found a winner but alas my size has gone. I’ll keep flicking back though to see what else comes in. Oh and what a sale section! I’m trying to resist buying a pair of tods loafers in the sale…nothing to do with wedding shoes!
