(Closed) All the same or mis-matched centerpieces?! (Pic included!)

    I’d do the same at every table. It’s less hassle when setting up, less hassle in gathering materials, and I think those are really pretty centerpieces. They will look really nice when you come in the room and have the same thing across them all. They’re not so tall that they need to be offset by low ones.

    Our centerpieces were pretty similar, but we had a mix of round and rectangular tables. We mixed it up by having the same centerpieces at all tables, but we had two on the rectangular tables with candles between and one on the round tables. My suggestion after having done these — when in doubt, go with more candles!! Candles look SO SO good when all the house lights are dimmed.

    By the way – it has been SO easy selling my materials pn Craigslist – the vases and mirrors were in hot demand. So you are right on in thinking you can recoup a lot of your expenses.

    @TwoStatesBride:  Thank you! Yes, those are photos a friend took at my wedding (better than snapshots, but not the pro pics yet).

    The extra candles were kind of a last-minute addition (in the last few weeks). SO glad we did them! It looked amazing once all the lights were down.
