The button magnets are the cutest thing! I think your favors sound fun AND useful! You can never go wrong with chocolate candy, and the magnet will be a fun little memento for the fridge or a metal filing cabinet (I have TONS of magnets on my filing cabinet) haha!

Now talk about BAD favors, I bought these cream-colored “tutti-frutti-flavored” pearls from this obscure website (BAAAD idea), and they tasted like what I imagine a gumball wrapped in a wad of aluminum tastes like…ICK! So, my guests had these little jars of metallic-tasting, possibly lead-ridden balls to gnaw on after cake!

Chocolate = win

Candy and magnets?! I’d be tickled about those!

If your concern is that people won’t use a button with your face on it because it’s too personal, I think a button with your name on it is just as personal.

I might put a short quote or something on them?  Or even just LOVE or something in some sort of script…

but really, if they’re fairly inexpensive, that you’re ok with people opening them, going “oh cute, a button!” and then never thinking of it again, whatever you put on there is perfectly fine!  Think of it more as part of the packaging than the favour?

ETA: i missed that they’re magnets, not buttons like you’d pin on your backpack or something.  Fridge magnets can obviously be whatever.

Magnets are really cute but avoid photos of you/your fi on them. IMO that’s a little creepy lol. Otherwise you’ve picked a pretty safe favour option.

I like the magnets. IMO, I would much rather have a illustration of your face than your name on my fridge. Especially if its cartoon like. I think another idea for words could be the city/town of your wedding plus the zip code. This would be fun if you have lots of Out of Town guests. If you do 4, I would think 2 personal and 2 generic would be a good option. I mean it should somehow trigger memories of your wedding.

I don’t think it’s terrible, but to be honest with you, I wouldn’t use it.  I’d probably take the favor, eat the candy, and the magnets would get tossed in a drawer somewhere.  Sorry 🙁

FWIW, they are cute.  I just don’t think I’d use them.

I think that’s a great idea. I love magnets because they’re small and useful, and I’d much rather have ones that I associated with a wedding than some random ones that came free from the pizza joint or whatever.

Oh my god, I NEED those Dr. Who magnets, those are the most adorable things I’ve ever seen, 10th Doctor LOVE.

Aaaaaaannnnywayy, I think the magnets in general are completely adorable! I think one with your names, and 3 with cute images or cartoons is great, and I love your design style.

@thisisbrucebanner:  I like candy and I will eat it. However, I will leave the magnet and everything else on the table.
