Is anyone else dealing with this especially this season??? I have no idea what I am allergic to but I am on three medications and still have itchy eyes and dry, scratchy throat that worsens/gets better on a day-to-day basis.
I have no idea what I’m allergic to outside but I’ve never had allergies this bad in my life!
I’m steaming myself and keeping meds on hand but it’s still so tiring. Either I feel terrible or am incredibly sleepy on benadryl. Anyone else with me?

Yes! Everytime the weather changes from hot to cold it seems I am suffering. I don’t have the watery, itchy eyes that much though. I get into terrible sneezing fits which are the worst. I went to an allergist where I found out that I have hay fever. Our cat and pollen triggers it. I definitely recommend seeing an allergist. Knowing what you’re allergic to can help in getting you the right meds and dealing with the symptoms. We aren’t willing to get rid of our cat since he’s family so we have to use dander reducing products to help deal with my allergies and I gotta stay inside when pollen counts are higher or get a shower after returning home. Both the sinex day and night formulas (OTC) have helped me more than any prescription meds have. I got prescribed a nasal spray called Patenase just recently that I haven’t tried yet.

I can empathize because I have five allergies to the environment (yea sucks). Sounds like you may have a ragweed allergy since it’s prominent this time of year. The good news: it should improve in late septemeber/October. …had you tried the netti pot. I use that twice a day with my prescription nasal spray. It does help!! Plus I’d suggest getting allergy tested to know what exactly you are reacting to. It changes every 7 years. Allegra works the best for me for allergy symptom relief: good luck! Im trying to avoid sinus surgery so any homeopathic thing out there I tried. 😉

i’m dying right now. i have to wait another 5 days before i can get my allergy shot. the last time i went in, the physician assistant only gave me half the dose. i went to see my doctor a few weeks ago and he said i have to wait the full three months before he can give me another shot.
i’m on shots now because pretty much all the meds on the market are ineffective. singulair, zyrtec, allegra, claritin…they all stopped working.
right now i’m doing omnaris for my nose and some steroid drop for my eyes. i had an allergy prick test done a while back and i’m allergic to dogs, cats, dust mites, various grasses, and pollen. i have an air purifier but i also have two cats. one sleeps on my head at night.

Ew me too. WARNING Too Much Information: I get the grossest eye boogers ever, like eye stings and I have to pull them out of my eyes every morning.
It’s so annoying :/
I’m ready for the weather to settle down where I am.
