@ladyfingers:  I use prescription nasal spray. There are 2 , but I think I take Flonase. I read that it’s better than pills, but my CM is still crappy. But it might be that way regardless of the allergy meds.

I take Flonase daily, and my allergies are definitely not as bad as they used to be before I took anything

I used Flonase for the allergies and Robitussin (none of the ones with letters, active ingredient Guaifenesin. I think some women try Mucinex) and Preseed to combat the lack of CM. I started taking the Robitussin 2x a day, starting whenever my period stopped, and I (sporadically, admittedly) used the Preseed when we had sex…when I remembered it, anyway.

@Mrs Sarah McK:  That is what I did (but I use Mucinex) this cycle. Let’s hope it works!!

If your allergies are REALLY bad, I’d take the meds. There’s no point being miserable and feeling gross, that’s not going to help the TTC efforts either. You can definitely use other things to help in the CM department, if need be! 🙂

@ladyfingers:  No problem! There’s nothing worse than suffering through allergies. Poor thing! 🙁
