@teagreen:  I have done extensive searching for longline bras in my size (I was an F at the time of my wedding. I’m a FF now apparently), and, to be honest, I’ve never actually seen a long-line bra that would be as low in the back as the one you need for that gown.  That doesn’t mean that they don’t exist, but I wouldn’t begin to know where you might find one.  (My favorite online sites are bravissimo.com, figleaves.com, and barenecessities.com)

I’m thinking that you may be able to wear a convertable bra that would hook halter style at the top of your neck and around your waist. I found one at Macy’s for my younger DSD’s dress for a special event. The bra we found for her supposedly can be worn something like 36 different ways.

I personally know that the Vic Secret sticky backless bra would work orrrr low back one too. I tried both on with this dress

Hi!  I actually ran into the same dilemna:  http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/what-to-wear-under-allure-8764-large-bust

Here’s my findings: (copied/pasted)

Ok Ladies,  if anyone is ever runs into the same issue:

Go to custom bra specialist.   I went to several.  One who specializes in Mastemory bras picked out a low back/blackless bustier in a smaller cup size (it was 36D… I normally wear 34GG) and showed me how to put it on (and no my entire boobs don’t get into the cup) And WOW it looks like I got a lift and reduction *score*!

However I am running the risk of having it show in the back just behind the lace part.  I’m going to take it in to the seamstess to see if something could be done.

Otherwise, my other backup plan is Faveo Perk Ups D+  — it’s in the UK, and it does take awhile for it to ship to USA, but a good alternative to those too-small stick on bra thingies.   The reviews are mixed but it looks like those who followed the instructions to the T rate it better than those who just seemed rushed.

By the way, I received those Faveo Perk Ups D+    They are funny looking but would do the job for us D+++ girls!  (better than Vic Secrets or any other store’s stick ons — geez those things would only cover my nips at best)
