@nbkvb6l:  This was my top choice dress for a long time, but I ended up going a different route.  The $300 dollar dresses are NOT ALLURE – so if you get one of those online, please know that it is not going to be an Allure, but rather a dress made overseas that “looks like” the Allure 9000.  The Allure typically sells in a boutique for about $1600.  Keep an eye out on preownedweddingdresses.com and oncewed.com, as well as eBay – used ones pop up all the time, usually for about 850-950, if you’re open to a pre-owned dress to save some money.  Good luck!  It’s a beautiful dress.

Have you requested a quote from BestBridalPrices.com? They have an actual B&M store in Illinois, and they are an authorized Allure dealer. I found my Allure (8769) locally, tried it on, and then after finding out that I could save a crapload of money, ordered from BBP. Might be an option for you.
