Stores that carry Allure gowns should be able order your dress even if they don’t have the sample, and they’ll have the correct size chart to refer to. I’d be wary of ordering it online — I dont think allure has any authorized online retailers? So you need to be careful. You might end up ordering a knock-off dress that isn’t the same as the photo.

According to my measurements, I should be a size 10, but I ordered an 8. That was the size of the sample I tried on, and it fit perfect, so I ignored the size chart! Here’s a pic:

Order the size that your largest measurement fits into.  It is much easier to take a dress in at the bust and waist than to let it out at these places. Try to have a professional measure you instead of doing it yourself if possible.  If you are really busty,  you may want to order up an extra size so that you have more fabric to accomodate your bust.

I just ordered an Allure and my bust measured 42 and waist 38.5. In street clothes I wear an 8 in pants and had to order a bridal 22 according to the chart. Depending on the silhouette of the dress Allure tends to run on the small side. Davids bridal I was a 16, so I would suggest try something on in the style you are looking for before ordering.
