luckyiminlove:  I think it is going to look perfect! It already looks gorgeous on without being hemmed 🙂

mrsking3:  Thanks so much! I hate having dress anxiety while sitting here waiting for it to come in and wondering if you got the right dress… thanks for your encouraging words!

My Allure Romance 2710. I loved this dress from the moment I saw it on the model. Allure dresses are simply stunning…

I also got the Allure 2765 in ivory! (this obviously isn’t the right size for me though) anyway, I’m switching out the original belt (which is the lighter silver one in the picture) for a different belt (the darker silver one)… But im wondering what type of jewelry to wear with it? Any suggestions?

kicks123:  hi I am also having this dress 🙂 I want to remove the original belt too but I’m nervous it won’t be possible. I’m still waiting for mine to come in so I can race to the seamstress with it to see whether its possible. Have you been told it can definitely come off? We asked allure if they could make it without but they said no 🙁

kicks123:  sorry also I’m just wearing drop earrings, I’m keeping my whole look very simple and I thought a necklace and belt may be too busy?

smithna87:  yes! The dress boutique that I purchased it from has a seamstress on site and they told me the same as you ( that Allure wouldn’t take the belt off ) but I was lucky enough that the boutique offered to do the switch for me.. I just had to pay for the new belt that I wanted and they said that once my dress comes in they will take the original belt off and replace it with the new one. So you should be able to do the same! My dress hasn’t come in yet but I’m anxious to see it with the new belt(:

smithna87:  I agree, I had someone originally tell me that a big necklace would look good with the dress but the more I look at it the more I think no haha.. I think if anything maybe I’ll just do a simple drop necklace to go with some drop earrings. Also, since the bottom is tulle I’m afraid of wearing a bracelet that will continuously get snached on the tulle?

kicks123:  yes I’ve had the same concern re the bracelet and I don’t want to be stressing about it on the day so I’ve decided to have nothing on my wrists at all. Yeah a little pendant would be totally fine but I definitely think statement necklace for me personally would be to much. I’m also considering having the sparkle layer taken out of the skirt as I’m generally quite plain in how I dress and although it’s beautiful and my mom is obsessed with the sparkle, I’m worried it’s not quite me?

smithna87:  if you feel like the dress would fit ‘you’ more without the sparkle layer then you should do what you feel makes you the most comfortable! I personally think the sparkle layer adds a little touch of uniqueness but I do understand where your coming from. I’m not the type that dresses up or wears all those cute outfits either, I’m more of a jeans/yoga pants and a tshirt or sweatshirt kinda girl. I had the same thought as you being that I’m not a super fancy girl but since it is my wedding I wanted to make sure that I felt like a bride. If that makes sense ?

I am considering these for my earrings (i think they match my belt for the most part?) I don’t know why finding and deciding on jewlery seems to be harder then it was to find my dress haha
