I love watching “Bulging Brids” on FLN. Although I fit just fine in my dress, I’d still like to lose 10 pounds in the next eight weeks before the wedding.
Today is the first day of my Bulging Brides program. I’ll try to eat similar to their menus and focus on strength training three days/week and cardio four days/week. I know I can do it if I just focus.
This morning I was pretty heavy for me: 126. I would like to see 116 by June 5, 2010.
