Hi I’ve just joined, been looking on these boards for weeks! I couldn’t wait until we were officially engaged to join Lol my boyfriend and I chose this ring several months ago and this was just a quick camera phone shot in the jewellers before it was sent for resizing. It’s an 18ct white gold (although it looks quite brassy in this pic, think its the reflection of my sleeves) band with a diamond cluster centre (tcw .5ct). I am waiting impatiently for my boyfriend to make it official now! I don’t even know if he’s bought it yet! Hoping it will be next week while we are on holiday in Portugal π been so hard having such a big secret for so long!
anyway, I haven’t seen a lot of cluster engagement rings and would love to see pics of any that bees on here might have!! Keep them coming!
(Ill post up better pics when I FINALLY get to own it!)

@Leese: Congrats on the gorgeous ring! I tend to like cluster rings more on other people, my fingers are just too small to be able to pull one off.

Thanks Girls π cant wait to wear it π it’s sad that a lot of people are against clusters for engagement rings but I suppose each to their own π I understand that fingers come in all shapes and sizes

Yup, and I love it! More bang for your buck and it sparkles like crazy! I know I’m in the minority, but frankly, I don’t care! π

@jwdesiree: I know what you mean. I always thought that I wanted a round cut solitaire but I was walking past our local jewellers one day and this one just stood out a mile above the rest of the rings in the window with its shine! I love yours, it’s really unusual π

I think it is a lovely ring. I also think it is a nice size for your hand. When the boyfriend does make it “official”, post more pictures! I would love to see how the setting looks from the side.

I love them, much more than halos! They seem more honest to me.

I love clusters on other people, but not so much on me. Not sure if it’s a finger size issue or what. You have a gorgeous ring coming to you though π
