Anyone else out there torture themselves like I do? I’ve been married for over a year now and I find myself STILL looking at all these gorgeous wedding gowns coming out for 2016 and 2017 etc. I think I’m slightly crazy! But I can’t seem to stop. I find myself oohing and aahing over quite a few, those of which I think I would’ve picked over my wedding gown if they had been available back then.
If there are those of you out there who do the same thing, please do share the dresses you think you may have chosen if they were available while you were looking!
Here are some of my top picks:
This one has a train that’s… SO DARN PRETTY OMG! I really (x 1000) freakin’ love this dress!
Also love this following one.

chachamaru : Oh sure! It’s in the 2016 Josie Collection, by Nicole Spose. Link is here! http://www.nicolespose.it/en/wedding-collections-jolies-2016 They have an amazing collection. All the gowns look so soft and romantic.

I think it’s totally fine as long as you don’t go out and buy one for no reason 😉
Post # 5
I definitely have looked and wished some were out when I was looking 🙁

Well as long as you are not looking for a new husband to go with that dress

- Wedding: April 2016 - Athol Hall, Mosman
I’m married almost 5 months and I still driveby. There’s nothing wrong with it as long as you’re not seriously looking to purchase. I’m still obsessed with my dress, so I still check that thread to see if there’s any new posts every so often.

It sucks that we only get one wedding dress ( ideally :D). While I loved my dress and I think I made a perfect choice sometimes I wish I could have a very different one. I love looking at wedding dresses. I cant wait for my Maid/Matron of Honor to get married so I can go dress shopping with her!

lenapie : I mean, wedding dresses are pretty. Of course it’s fun to look at them (and actually kinda more fun when you’re not looking to buy one, as none of the stress is there). I love looking at erings even though I already have my dream ring! We all like more than one style of things, so it’s fun to think “if I would have gotten X…”

- Wedding: September 2015 - Hotel Ballroom
Guilty as charged!
In my defense my best friend is still single, so we look at dresses under the facade that they are for her!

lenapie : I don’t look at new collections but love the dresses I see on fellow brides on the bee. Although I loved my dress and had my “this is my dress” (crying) moment I wonder how I would’ve looked if I chose a different silhouette and although I always hated mermaids and fit and flares now I really like them lol

ughhh I looovveee wedding dresses. Im going to be sad when my last 2 single girl friends get married because that means no more shopping. 🙁 I love looking at real brides in their dresses and get dress envy about it lol. I wish there were more events where you could wear fun dresses like that!!

- Wedding: April 2016 - Manhattan, NY
lenapie : I still follow most of the engagement and wedding pages on Instagram that I did before the wedding, and I still LOVE seeing pretty dresses and wedding day pictures. It’s only been 4 months, but I have yet to see a dress that I love as much as mine. Definitely made the right choice 🙂

I do all the time! I also love watching Say Yes to the Dress! I’d buy them just to do photo shoots. I may not be a model, but I can feel like one hehehe, now to find a job so I can start my addiction, lol!!!!

Guilty, your honour!
I’ve loved wedding dresses for ages, but never in the sense of actually wanting one myself or imagining myself in one. Love them on other people though.
I’ve always been fascinated by high fashion – again, not for myself, I just like looking at amazing clothes – and it’s probably as close to high fashion most people get.
My fave dresses at the moment is this Hayley Paige:
these by Eddy K
This Madison James
This Rosa Clara
and anything art deco, minimalist, coloured or floral…. which are all completely competing features LOL.
