It’s easy to remove beading in order to make alterations, particularly the beading on that dress since there’s no pattern to the beading.

However, looking at the structure and seaming of the dress, a deep sweetheart might cause the bodice to lose its support. A slight sweetheart or a waved neckline should be possible.

I agree with Ivorybuttons. Also, be prepared to pay more for alterations due to the fact that there is beading involved.
