@Miss OBG: Yes, it also did not make any sense to me, but I didn’t question it since I knew almost right away I wouldn’t be using salon for it. There are a lot of good Russian seamstresses, and my friend was very happy with hers, so I’ll most likely go there. That other seamstress fixed the rip on the train of the dress (rip happened during the reception) with beading for only 60$

wow serious? mine is only $97 that includes change the length a bit + sewing bra cups + bustle. 

 

$400 is really a lot. But i guess it depends on where you are
