Ok so I hope this isn’t super creepy, but I did a super rough, quick photoshop edit that may help you visualize the neckline. I did this for mine (I actually had the opposite problem that it came us WAY too high) and it really helped!

@audrey_lane:  First let me say that the dress looks absolutely sensational on you and I think your groom is going to be standing there with his mouth open when he sees you!

As your seamstress has said, it’s easily fixeable. There is a Maude thread here where you can see how other brides have dealt with the boobage issues:
