I doing 5:2 and it works! Fast days arw getting easier but im jealous your appetite has decreased on non fast days – mine is bigger than ever!

I prefer a consistent diet (although at weekends I do pig out so it isn’t that consistent!). What I’m curious about with fasting is how you find working out on those days? Occasionally I’ve been so busy at work I miss my lunch (but will have still eaten a decent breakfast at 11:30am and probably consumed almost the full 500cals you’re allowed), I then struggle in the gym that night, my energy levels are super low and I have sometimes actually started shaking and had to leave or get an energy drink. Have you noticed a difference while working out on your fasting days vs your normal eating days?

I’ve done this before! I found I was less hungry on my feast days, which made weight loss even easier! I’m breastfeeding now, so it’s not for me at the moment, but it really worked for me. I did it for about 3 months.
