I live in the capital region/upstate NY. Looking for a more unconventional florist who mostly specializes in wildflowers. Everytime I google florist it comes up with the same old centerpieces and bouquets. Maybe if someone knows anyone more “on the side”, “off the map” ish.

My advice is don’t just go by what you see online. Give some florists a call and ask them because they may be able to put together what you want even if it isn’t something specifically advertised on their websites. I’m using Rosery Flower Shop in Hudson, NY and they do all kinds of arrangements, way more than the standards listed on their site.

Yeah, honestly I wouldn’t go off of just their websites. My florist did not seem good at all based on the website, but was able to deliver exactly what I was looking for. Just set up a consult with them (which should be free) and see if they seem to understand your vision and see if they have access to the type of flowers you want. Some florists will even make up sample centerpieces for you.
