I still drink a soy latte every once in a while (maybe twice a week). I do not believe that small amounts of caffeine every once in a while is harmful at all. I also enjoy mint tea and hot chocolate made with Nutella (IT IS TO DIE FOR).

I like decaf, chamomille tea, mint tea, green tea, and apple cider.  I also put crystallized ginger in boiling water sometimes to make a nice ginger steep.  (It’s an acquired taste though.)  Pekoe has really great teas!

The best thing to drink is water, nothing comes closer to water considering benefits of it because it is a natural resource. Tea and coffee make you dehydrated, specially during pregnancy you should take handsome amount of water.
