We planned to engrave each others’ bands with something personal and special before the big day… and not know what each did until we say I Do.. However Fiance hasn’t chosen his ring yet and it is a definite possibility his ring with be Tungsten or another material which is not engravable.
I’m just curious if any bees found a meaningful alternative to this? I still want to so something special… Aside of the gifts we’ll exchange that day. I think I’ll just be a little sad if he ends up with something I can’t engrave… oh well!
Ideas are always helpful if you have any!

@MrsPhilly: Depending on where you get it, Tungsten CAN be engraved. You just have to order it with the text. When I ordered FIs, I said I wanted it engraved to say exactly this in this font. It was perfect when we got it. It just can’t be engraved after the fact. I got his from forevermetals.com. Their site is a bit difficult to navigate, but they have excellent and prompt customer service and I got the ring in really good time.

Even if you buy it elsewhere, you can send it to TitaniumKay to engrave it for you for a fee. I’m sure there are plenty of sites that offer that service, but they are the first one to come to mind.

Tungsten isn’t traditionally engraved. Instead of etching or chisling like softer metals, tungsten is laser engraved.
TungstenKay will do it for you.
TungstenDirect will do it for you.
Lots of companies will do it for you, it hovers anywhere between 20-30 dollars.
