thats how I first knew I had cysts too, a pain in the side, I have had them so bad I have been doubled over in pain. did they do anything for you? Mine have been better since getting on the pill. Also another tip if you have lower back pain that can be a cyst too thats how I knew about mine the last time

Glad they found out what it is!  Most cysts go away on their own thankfully but you might want to try BC to keep them under control.

i’ve been ‘listening to my body’ for like 2 years now but doctors dont give a crap and my usual test results are all ‘normal’.  i won’t get into it but i have a list of weird symptoms that make me think i have an autoimmune disorder. i’m pretty much convinced i do but i’ve been feeling better lately so it’s on the back burner for now.  i guess i’ll go to a rheumatologist if i start getting symptoms again.

that’s crazy about the dreams. i truly believe our instincts are accurate and we just don’t always trust or know how to listen to them!

@soyjoy222: you could look into having it removed so you can go on the pill and see what they say. It doesnt hurt to ask

I dont if the implant causes them or not but I have heard of it making some women sick. I have heard so many horror stories when I asked my doctor she said its never her first choice to give a patient. This might help you with your decision http://women.webmd.com/birth-control-pills-for-ovarian-cysts

I take tri sprintec which is a generic of ortho tri-cyclen. I have been on it for about a year and have had no problems with cysts since. The first week I was on it I felt a little sick but it went away after a few days and I have been fine since then. It also has made my periods very light which is good and also no cramps. Its cheap at Wal Mart $9 without insurance which is a huge plus for so many of us these days. Good luck I know the pain is no fun

Oh, I listen to my body alright.  I wish the doctors would listen to since I’m the one that knows my body so well! 😛
