Thanks for letting us know who made them! I really like them. I usually go for dangly earrings, so I would LOVE a drop version of that. Pearls and diamonds are so classic. Post a picture when you get the real ones your dad is giving you!
Your dad is so sweet. My dad was going to have a necklace made for me, and some of my favorite jewelry is stuff my family has given me. You do keep it forever, and every time you wear them (work, out with your hubby, etc), they will remind you of your wedding day!

@ ejs4y8 I usually go for drop too! What I liked about these was that they weren’t your typical studs, and with my hair back and the way my neckline is I thought I needed studs.. but they "popped" more than regular studs!
So guys, as an update, I got this pic today from the jeweler. I feel really bad bc I totally expected the worst and they are NOT bad! They’re not much smaller and they look really pretty. in the pic, the red spots are where the real diamonds will go. Right now the middle is a CZ, I guess my dad is tryign to decide to keep that a CZ or put a pearl there.. he can’t afford to put a real diamond there.. but apparently the whole circle part snaps onto the center stone, so I can wear it as studs or as the whole thing.. and he says if we go with a CZ there I can eventually replace it with a real diamond.. or I can snap it out and it can be a pearl.. which I think is kind of cool.
Just thought I would share since you all made me feel so much better! Thanks again!

Those are totally beautiful! I love the idea of being able to upgrade the center stone to a diamond later, and wearing them as studs with or without the pearl jacket. Lovely!

You are right, they don’t look bad! I would do the center stone as a CZ and maybe just upgrade it one day if it really bothers you. Before I when you thought they would be smaller, I was going to suggest wearing the White Aisle ones for the wedding since they are the size you want, and the one you had made you could wear more as an everyday earring. But, sounds like it all worked out for you, so that’s great!

Yeah I was thinking they were going to be a lot smaller than that too. I wouldn’t call that 25% smaller. Phewf!
