@rachiebabie:  I don’t see anything in either direction. I imagine unless his weiner is up at 90 degrees it would be hard to tell from a profile shot???

That’s not the best nub shot and I’m actually not entirely convinced it’s the nub at all.  Also, since baby’s spine is curved up it’s hard to say.

Eh. I wouldn’t trust anyone telling me it’s a girl before 18 weeks.

I don’t see a nub in this, the picture is cut off of where it should be. However, by the skull theory I would say girl. Baby has a round head like my little girl, but again it’s still early.

You could always pay for Consumer Genetics’ “Tell me Pink or Blue” maternal DNA blood test to find out the gender. $150. Though, at 13 weeks, you’re not too far from finding out from ultrasound.

I know for girls, in ultrasounds, I’ve heard the “three white lines” rule, but I also know it’s not supposed to be very common that you actually see that. I’m clueless on this one.

@Lyndzo:  There is a skull theory, interesting. I think (well more really really hope) that I’m having a girl. They did a butt shot at the NT scan (which was 12w3d I think) and I certainly didn’t see any extra appendages on the screen between the legs. But the pictures which got printed off were just profile shots.
