They’re great! Just make sure you wear them around the week before the wedding. Breaking your shoes in at a time when you’re not going to be able to bandaid or sit down is usually ill-advised ๐Ÿ˜€

I would totally rock those! I am going to wear high heels as well, but I’ll probably just take them off and put on flip flops after the pictures are done.

If you think you can wear them go for it!  They are gorgeous.

Maybe have some backup flats?

@trugem: I love your shoes!  Do you mind me asking what brand/style they are? Were they comfortable?

@mmcd1523: Thank you! They are Martinez Valero, style Rita. I strassed them myself. I brought them from DSW for about $45 dollars.

I wore the non-platform version of those (like in blingybride’s picture) and they were super comfortable.  I had them on from about 2pm til around 9-ish, and then changed into my backup heels.  I did this once as a Bridesmaid or Best Man (took another pair of heels) and my feet thanked me.  Your feet basically get a change of shape, so they can go another mile (or 10) in the new shoes.

@blingybride: After seeing your shoes I’ve decided I have to have them!  I’m going to Nordstrom’s on Saturday.  I need a bit of a lower heel myself so these should be perfect.  I’ve heard they are really comfortable (fingers crossed)!
