Nah it is still doable. I planned my whole wedding in less than six months. You can still do it. **hugs**

@WillyNilly:  Buy a dress off the rack to avoid the nutso costs.  Alot of people do the online dress thing, but I would not risk it.  I am ok buying certain things online, but not stuff that is non-refundable and that I can’t try on.

I would use Pinterest, honestly.  There is so much inspiration there for photo setups and what not.  You’ll be just fine.

You can also look in bridal salons at bridesmaid dresses that come in white or ivory.  That’s a good option too.

The timeline is still doable, but I would get on it right away!

I highly recommend Lightinthebox.com. My bridesmaids dresses are gorgeous and with them you can give them your measurements so it will fit you like a glove. I ordered mine from Jasmines Bridal Shop(jasminesbridalshop.com). They can do replicas for you, so if you have a dress you love you may be able to get it for half the price. I ordered the Fiorella by Maggie Sottero. They also do custom measurements. They are really great updating me with progress pics along the way. My dress should be done this  month on the 16th if you would like me to send you pics once I get it in. Check them out!!

just start shopping around! i bought my first dress online and ended up regretting it. I should have tried more on! i ultimately found one on sale, off the rack for $200 that fit me perfectly. and it’s lace!

you need to figure out the final guest list and get your invites out soon, so start putting some energy towards that. and have you looked into booking accomms for any out of town guests you may have?

also yes, confirm your caterer and a photographer soon!

four months is plenty of time, but you should make yourself a timeline and start tackling each project/task one by one. you’ll get ‘er done! oh, and delegate! to your fiance, your Mom, your bridesmaids, whoever. ask for help.
