Were these designed by a vendor, or did you DIY them?  Maybe you used vistaprint and chose folded card instead of flat card?

I haven’t seen a folded RSVP card on the Hive here, ever.  But I found my FMILs old wedding invitations a while ago when we were cleaning out their house basement, and the RSVP was folded.

Maybe its a traditional thing, because her invites were nice and engraved.  Are your invites really formal?

I received a folded one once, a long time ago, but the info was on the inside…

I’m curious too if you DIY’d them or ordered them?

I’m also curious. Folded ones aren’t common, but I could see it if there’s a design or monogram on the front.

If you bought them from a vendor, maybe you’re on the leading edge to the next wedding trend? 🙂

My friend purposely had folded RSVP cards.  She told me that she expected for people to write notes in them….. I would never have known, and luckily she volunteered this information to be before it arrived – otherwise I wouldn’t have known what to make of it.  She said that she wasn’t doing a guestbook or anything like that, so it was her way of having everyone’s name and a little note from them.  I don’t know if that’s actually proper ettiquette, but that’s what she told me about hers.  🙂  I have regular flat RSVP cards, and a few people wrote notes on the backs (her included).  Hope that helps!
