Yep, my last BFP was preceded with the worst stomach cramps of my life, like my whole stomach felt like it had seized up.

GOOD LUCK xx

Are the cramps concentrated on one side? If it’s ovarian cysts the cramping is usually specific to one side – whichever ovary is affected. I’ve had an ovarian cyst cause some torsion on my left ovary. General cramping might be early pregnancy or PMS.

Anyways, I hope AF stays away and you get a BFP 😀

happilywed1066 :  when I had cysts they made me double over and it hurt to breathe. Also felt like I was being stabbed by a knife.  Hopefully not cysts for you!!

edit – my cysts were on both sides and everything hurt, couldn’t localize it at all. Confirmed by ultrasound and laparoscopic biopsy because my obgyn was concerned about cancer (complex cysts).

happilywed1066 :  How are you tracking how many DPO you are? I did get implantation cramping, though not that bad and I thought it was PMS at the time. But I got really bad ovulation cramps both times I ovulated. So is it possible you’re ovulating later than usual? Hope it’s not cysts and you get your BFP this cycle!

happilywed1066 :  Oh okay, well then calling your doctor to check it out is probably a good idea. If you got positive OPKs it’s likely you did ovulate that weekend sometime, so hopefully this is implantation cramping. FX!
