I would go in.  That way they can’t avoid you.  I’d be super pissed too and would fully expect them to reimburse you for the expense of going to another shop.  I”m not very confrontational, but I’d like to think I’d be able to let them know how frustrated and disappointed I was in their service and that if it continued to happen I’d be speaking with corporate or something
