LOL I have no ideas for you because I am totally boring, but I hope you get exactly what you want, I’m sure your ladies are going to give you a good time if they’re already asking about it.

@piacavoleKt:  uhh… we went wine tasting, mini golfing, out for dinner and then came home and played board games in our PJs and watched terrible chick flicks at our slumber party… so I’m guessing that’s up there with cross-stitch.

I enjoy cross-stitching. But only if it happens in a strip club in Vegas.

@piacavoleKt:  I told my girls I don’t want strippers, but I am down for booze, cupcakes, drag shows, burlesque, lingerie, or any combination thereof.

I always thought I’d do a Murder Mystery weekend or something, where we go take over an old stately home and it’s acted out all weekend.

BUT then my FH said that if he planned it for me (we were watching Don’t Tell the Bride at the time), he’d send me and everyone on this ‘Medieval Olympics’ day he found, where they teach you archery and jousting and falconry and stuff through the day, and just drinks afterwards, which does sound amazing. Especially because I think the murder mystery would work better with a mixed group anyway.

I don’t want to go clubbing because a lot of my friends don’t like it, I’d rather just sit and have a good talk and a giggle.

At my cousin’s hen night we had to model penii out of plasticine, which the waiter had to judge which was the best (I won – GCSE art FTW), and then my cousin had to mould her and her future-hubby’s favourite sex position, which told me a) that I really don’t want to know about my cousin’s sex life, and b) that my cousin doesn’t have a very exciting sex life.

We did a sleepover at my sister’s house..we ate so much junk food, watched movies all night..talked about our men..it was a lot of fun.  I’m not a party type person at all..and that was a great party for me.

I’m going abraod with my 4 best friends about 2 months before the wedding, for 3 days and 3 nights of drinking and dancing.

Then my official hen do will be a mix of things, as there’ll be guests aged 16 and 17 (below the legal drinking age), a tee-totaler (FMIL), and some ‘wilder’ people (including my mum); so, I think we’re thinking afternoon tea, with champagne for the drinkers, or a meal, and then a tacky night out locally for those up for it. I’d love to do Wipe Out or Go Ape, but only my BMs would be up for that, and as we’re going abroad I’m conscious of the cost.

I love to drink and dance, as do my BMs, mum, Future Mother-In-Law (well, dancing), and OHs aunt, so that suits us perfectly. Something too ‘sophisticated’ would bore me TBH.

@chronicwhimsy:  If you like the idea of something more active, check out Go Ape and Wipe Out too 🙂

We did Go Ape for my friend’s 25th and it was SOOOO much fun! Plus really works up an appetite, so you could go for a big dinner after 🙂

@piacavoleKt:  We are going to Austin for a night, getting hotel rooms, and bar hopping/partying on 6th street. I am sooo not a partier, but for this night, I want to be. I have no intention of being able to walk straight after, hahaha.

I’m planning my friend’s bach party and there will be no cross stitching or painting.  We’re thinking, dinner, comedy club or a drag show, and then drinks after – we live in NYC though, so the options for “drinks after” are endless.  We’re also considering a weekend to Boston.

How about a belly dancing class or pole dancing class. lots of speciality fitness studios offer these and sometimes they incoporate a club crawl where u get dolled up afterwards. these classes r fun
