Everything is almost ready and I am not feeling too stressed but the Fiance & I are just both ready for the day to be here. We are excited (he actually updates me everyday on how many are left) but we want our life to go back to normal lol. Please tell me there is someone else feeling this too.

I’m not ready yet at all…I still have DIY projects out the wazoo that I didn’t finish, and I’m just feeling really over it tonight. I’m ready for things to go back to normal too…lol. I spend too much time stressing out and getting upset over stupid stuff – who rsvp’d no, who came to my shower, what color napkins to get, what card box to make…STUPID STUFF. Ugh.

@sarahlyn2626: I feel exactly like you do. It’s like we did everything on our list already and now we just … wait haha. We’re so excited to get this show on the road! 🙂

I’m the same way! We’ve got 90% of everything done and planned. I was joking with my Fiance today at lunch that we should just do it now because I’m tired of waiting!

yeah it’s a rollercoaster alright! We just got married a week ago, it was beautiful and all the burden went away, but wait – I planned an at home reception on 9/17 – back to reality of the planning, fml!
I say when it’s all said and done, things have got to be better……. I can’t believe some of the things I STRESSED over! He did a countdown too….. reassuring me everything would come together……. Now for the reception oh lordy!

well, i still have a lot to do, but I have had two really good weeks of everything falling into place and with the projects I have still to work on, they are going according to plan. A few weeks ago I was so stressed that it was really bad. Now I am feeling good about everything. If you ask me tomorrow, it might be another story…

@sarahlyn2626: I’m with you. The only thing I wish was done that isn’t is deciding on (and probably making) our card box. A few things need to be ordered but I will wait to get my next pay check to do that. Other than that…we are waiting on RSVPs to make up a seating chart. I CAN NOT WAIT for the day to get here. It will be so nice to not think about weddings for a while afterwards ha ha!

TOTALLY. I’m a fan of starting/getting back to real life and leaving all the wedding planning in the dust haha.
We’re so close!!!!

I am soooo not ready! My dress came in like a month ago and I haven’t even gotten in there yet to try it on. I’m doing it this weekend though. I still have to hire a MUA, get together all of the centerpieces & misc. décor, figure out something for the RB to carry the rings on, make or find a card box, get together all of the Bridal Party gifts, buy our rings and make the photo booth. Oh, and we have like 6 weeks to go. Yay for being the King and Queen of procrastination!

I wish I could wave a magic wand and have everything be done right now. I don’t have too much to go, but I am at the point where I am getting fed up and just want to get it done already. Can’t wait for the day to get here and will be glad when things are back to normal and I am not eating, sleeping, drinking, and thinking wedding stuff. Just breathe is what I keep telling myself

I totally agree. As much as we’re excited about it, we’re both really looking forward to the wedding being over, just being married and getting back to normalcy.

- Wedding: October 2011 - Bed & Breakfast
I am still enjoying the process most of the time, but there arew definitely days when I look forward to October 11 the most. We have a day after photo shoot on the 10th, so even the real day after the wedding will be work.

I’ve still got a ton of DIY stuff to do — but really most of it is stuff that is fluff, everything we need to get married is in place (except the license KIND OF IMPORTANT, but I can’t get it for another few days). I want to marry my Fiance and be done with it. I have so many things I want to spend my time and money on that are not wedding related! Oh well, its coming soon, and it will be here before we know it! THEN IT WILL BE GOOOOOONE!
