wow… its not so much the colour that gets me (except for the one that reminds me of my grandmas apron) its how busy those dresses are. I wonder who weighs more, the model or the dress?

I love the idea of wearing a colored wedding dress.  But I ultimately settled for plain old white :).  These dresses are a little too frou-frou for me but still beautiful.  I’m sure they cost what my entire wedding will cost too lol.

One of my biggest “wedding” regrets? NOT trying on a huge, poufy, colored gown, just to say I did. I’d never wear any of those but I would LOVE to try some on!

Those gowns are awesome! I’m always tempted by colored dresses because I feel like I’ll never really get a chance to wear one any other time. I’ve been eyeing this dress for so long: http://lover.ly/image/122982

It’s so big and it’s a LOT of color, but it’s so gorgeous too!

i just had to say one more thing… these are like bridal bootcamp dresses, they are the dresses you wear when you need to lose that extra5-10 pounds to look smoking in your real dress… imagine how much it would hurt walking around in these?

for anyone that has watched my big fat gypsy wedding, have you ever seen the scars on those girls hips from wearing dressed this heavy? I just couldnt imagine. I would walk down the aisle wrapped in a bath towel and booty slippers before inflicting that kind of pain on myself

They remind me of the dresses the Gypsy’s wear on “My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding”

@MrsRayner:  Haha you just said that.

I wore a big ballgown without any shapewear or anything underneath and you should have seen my stomach and back. I had scars and bruises my entire honeymoon!

My dress was all organza and wasn’t even that heavy. I can’t imagine what these dresses would do…

Wow. Those are stunning for the detail and handiwork that has gone into them. Truly eye candy. My favourite is the dress with the purple ruffles on the back of the skirt. I can just see these in a photoshoot of some kind!

@JemmyGee:  Eaxtly!

All I could think of when looking at these dresses was “Big Fat Gypsy Wedding”. I think a coloured gown could be done in a classy, elegant way, but this isnt it.
