Wow!  That’s fantastic news! Thanks for sharing.  I also have low AMH so this makes me hopeful that I’ll see a significant increase when we retest.  I’ve been taking prenatals, vitamin d and coq10 as well.  What is Royal Jelly?

zebra10 :  That is fantastic news bee, your second test is a very normal result, you must be delighted! I did read somewhere before that birth control pills can supress amh readings, but by a small amount, certainly not as much as 50%! Hopefully the vitamins are responsible for the increase aswell as coming off bcp!!

zebra10 :  I do think that taking the pill straight through probably affected your readings more than most for sure. I think you posting this will be defo be helpful to other bees who are coming off the pill wanting to start ttc. Everyone is different obviously but I found this really interesting!

I just went for an ANY yesterday so this will be good to know if it comes back low. I have a feeling it will be low.
