This could make for an interesting anniversary ring waaaaay down the road. Otherwise, I still think plain old moissy is good enough for me. What Amora Gem doesn’t trump plain moissy on is cost. Some people aren’t comfortable wearing a month’s salary or whatever in an everyday ring. I’m secretly hoping that the people at BTD and Charles and Colvard compete, and the price goes down somewhat over the decades. C&C seems to have known about the form of silcon carbide that is going to be marketed as Amora Gem. So I can’t also help but wonder if there are other forms that are even “better” now. But how anything could beat my plain old moissy I do not know. My e-ring will always represent my engagement and wedding in my mind, and no amount of “perfect” lack of color or hearts and arrows could trump that. 🙂

Looks like its going to be a holiday to New Zealand for me!! Good thing I get staff travel and flights are cheap as chips!!
