My sister wore Amsale — but she kept it reasonably-priced by purchasing a sample for 60% off the regular price!  What are some of your favorite Amsale styles?

I have the Amsale Tyler, and they are pretty expensive.  (Umm Makaela = GORGEOUS!!  I wish I had seen that one…)  The ones I tried on started at about $3500 and went to like $6000.  Way above what I was planning on spending, but I put Tyler on and melted, that was it.  I ended up getting the bridal shop to take 20% off of mine bc we got the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses from the same shop.  But honestly, like Bruschetta said above, check pre-owned dresses or sample sales.  You’d be shocked at what you can get it for.  I saw someone selling their Tyler for about $2000 with a veil somewhere.

Let me know how you do!  Also – pic attached when I was in the salon

About $3000 to $6000, with most dresses around $4000.

The Amsale Tyler was the first dress I ever tried on and it was simply gorgeous!  And every dress I tried on after that that I actually liked was an Amsale (I didn’t even look at the label when I tried them on, just worked out that way).

Definitely try preownedweddingdresses.com and oncewed.com and ebay.  A lot of the styles are similar from season to season and are just changed up a little bit, you might score an "older" style (really the same shape, almost exact same dress) for a lot less.

Hi Kelly,

I bought the same Amsale Tyler dress for my wedding! Is yours the ivory color? I was a bit concerned with the ivory color because I thought it looked “yellowish” in certain lighting. But, I saw some of you wedding photos and they look great! Just wanted to know if you had any concerns about the color.

Thanks!

Hi,

I bought the Blair and it is incredibly classy.  I LOVE the attention to details and the ivory taffeta.  I bought mine as a sample from preownedweddingdresses.com, and it is truly a dream!  I searched for a year and found it for $1000!
