@MadsTheGallifreyan:  We all have moments where we rant and say things that we don’t really mean/say stuff out of anger!

I hope you get through what ever you’re going through easily!

@MadsTheGallifreyan:  i didnt read your previous thread but as@LeSpice:  said,we all have our moments!

i had a moment last week myself (over animal abuse) and my comments got moderated…..i thought my comments were tame compared to what i really wanted to say! Its hard when you are feeling upset and angry so i totally get it. i have decided to walk away from the computer if another thread pisses me off real bad, then come back later when calm

Kudos to you for making a post to apologise,i havent seen too many of those

It’s always nice to hear when people realize that they have acted inappropriately and actually have the balls to apologize. But it happens to the best of us. Don’t worry too much. Just use it as a sounding board in the future – If I post this, will it make me feel bad a few days later when I cool down? Then maybe I shouldn’t post or should edit…

@MadsTheGallifreyan:  It happens to everyone once in a while. I got carried away on facebook – evil, evil facebook – a few weeks back because someone was complaining – of all things – about horse drawn carriages being banned in NYC (long story, but she has had more than ample oppotunity to go for a ride). Not my finest hour.

It is really nice to see that you realized you were acting inappropriately and that you apologized. I hope you’re feeling better soon and that whatever is bothering you is resolved (in a good way)!

I don’t know if I would have been able to write an apologetic thread like this when I was 16 – I’m really impressed with your maturity and insight.  Whatever you’re going through right now, I really hope it gets resolved and things start to get better soon!

@MadsTheGallifreyan:  Once you tap into your anger, it can turn out to be bigger on the inside.

I am sure the majority of Bees, myself included, only responded with true concern.  A person, with or without a partner, goes through so many life changes, especially while still a teenager.  I had a friend who wanted to get married when she was 19 to her long-time boyfriend.  Her parents objected due to her age and they requested that she give it some time for the two of them to mature as both individuals and as a couple.  She aquiesced and they married 3 years later, when she was 22.  They remained happily married for close to 25 years, until her husband passed away due to cancer.

Kudos to you for owning up, taking responsibility, and apologizing… some adults never manage it. 🙂  Especially online.

And others are correct, we all have bad days or over react or whatever… no one is perfect.

I hope the things you are upset about improve and you have many happy trails to walk.
