robynrox47:  I agree about claire and I was also a Rene fan!

I didn’t like andi from the bachelor and I don’t likanger any more now, I probably like her even learly it’s still early but right now I really like Chris..the farmer. I think he seems the most genuine. Other than that I don’t mind “the coach” or Josh even tho he seems a bit into himself. Oh i also think marqueL is hilarious! What guys do u like so far?

Yeah, i totally agree with most PP’s who think she’s kind of fake. it’s interesting because i really liked her on the Bachelor and felt like she seemed “real” then… now i feel like she is is just kind of there.  i really respected Eric’s honest conversation with her and couldn’t believe how she blew up at him.  i think he was so open and honest and totally himself, and i’m so sad that he passed. 🙁 he seemed like a really genuine person.

so sad it isn’t on tonight though, because even though she annoys me of course i keep watching. 😉

I take issue with the promotion of Andy (self and otherwise) as an accomplished lawyer.  She passed the bar in 2012 and has spent the better part of the last year on TV.  One year of entry level experience in the DA’s office in Atlanta does not make her an accomplished professional woman.

I think Eric was wrong to blame his discontent on Andi.  He clearly was uncomfortable being 1 of 15+ guys that she was dating on a reality TV show.  No problem, but, in my opinion, it was wrong of him to blame Andi for not liking the circumstances.  He signed up for the TV dating show too!

I agree that Andi’s reaction to Eric was extremely immature and self righteous.  First, having been on the other side, she could have acknowledged Eric’s feelings about the impersonal nature of dating 15+ guys at a time on a reality TV show.  She could have more calmly explained that she is trying to get to know everyone and that it is confusing and overwhelming dating 15+ people at the same time.  She could have politely asked him to hang in there while she continues with the process.  Instead, all Andi did was attack Eric for daring to attack her.

Poorly handled on both sides.

I don’t think Eric was uncomfortable with Andi dating 15+ guys, he said he was uncomfortable with the formality of everything and that is was unnautral.  You can even notice Andi changes the way she speaks and behaves depending on which guy she is around, Eric just caught on and was saying he liked the way she was on their date and he wants to see that Andi not the “done up” version.

It’s funny because she had no issue calling Juan Pablo out but, when she was called out she couldn’t take it and acted really immature and tried to play the victim saying “she’s so tired”.  Yeah, getting your hair and make up done every day and visiting beautiful places sounds terrible.

Oh man, the way she kicked Eric off and knowing he died a week later was brutal! I felt sooo bad for him in that episode, she just went off on him for basically telling her the same thing she told him. I hate when she says y’all…so annoying!

I’m rooting for Josh or Marquel to win.

The Bachelorette (and Bachelor) is probably one of my biggest guilty pleasures.  I’m addicted!  I don’t mind Andi. Being from New York and having spent some time in the south, her use of y’all aligns with what I experienced while lived there. I don’t know if she realizes she does it. The “STAAHP!” is annoying, though.

I appreciate that her conversations with the guys have been way better than past seasons.  I feel like I’m actually learning about some of the people.  I also understand why she acts different on the group dates.  I feel like she just doesn’t want to give anyone special treatment in front of anyone else and wants to make the experience fun.  Eric was basically critisizing her for not showing how much she liked him in front of the other guys.  I think she was just trying not to be rude. Her reaction to it was totally overblown, but that could be from just being exhausted.  The cocktail parties can go on until, like, 2 or 3 in the morning and she has to try to have great conversations with tons of different people.  I’m not saying how she reacted was right, but it’s understandable.

I don’t know who I like yet! Coach (what’s his real name?) seems nice and genuine, and I loved how he was kicking himself for not having any game with women.  Chris the farmer seems sweet, but his face reminds me of Ames and I am a little in love with Ames, so to me he just doesn’t measure up.<br />

Marcus freaks me out! At first I was on board because he did a good job dealing with Andi’s terrible freak out with going down the building, but… WHO SAYS THEY’RE FALLING IN LOVE ON THE FIRST DATE? Is he taking advice from Ted Mosby?

I was really excited for the season because she’s a lawyer, but she’s really annoying. Her argument with Eric really turned me off.

TGold:  Marcus also freaks me out. I was yelling at the TV when he said he was falling in love. I was like this is literally your FIRST date and you’ve probably spent a total of 6 hours together!  WTF! I love Marquel but know she won’t pick him :-/ He’d be a good next bachelor if he makes it far enough. They could use a bit of chocolate up in there!  🙂

I just wanted to chime in and say I am really not a fan of Andi. Her “confidence” comes across as something more like “full of herself” to me. The first night especially she was driving me nuts.

Her exit on JPs season REALLY rubbed me the wrong way. It was unnecessarily confrontational for what she actually had to say. And ope. She did it again with Eric.

Her lawyer shows. A lot. And not in a good way.

TGold: The falling in love thing would have been enough for me to send him packing! So strange!

Lily_of_the_valley:  Marquel would be an AMAZING Bachelor, and then they could put an end to all their racism/discrimintation lawsuits.

There are cameras and microphones everywhere. Could Andrew really have made the racial slur without it being picked up by a microphone?
