I’m wearing a tea length dress. I loooove the dress and won’t change my mind on the length. the problem is, I don’t exactly have cankles, but I wish my ankles were more delicate. it’s not a weight thing, I am a medium size person. besides, my Future Sister-In-Law is bigger than me and has amazing ankles! sigh.
I DO plan on putting myself on a low sodium diet the weeks before the wedding so my legs don’t “puff”, and I know high heels will help too. but I’m wondering if there are any strentgh training exercises that can make my ankles appear more slim? (besides making my calves bigger – they’re already muscular enough!)
or maybe you can’t “spot train” ankles? I tried googling it and came up with nothing.
