So I’m here to start out my recaps! I can’t believe I’m actually recaping my wedding!! I’m going to break them up as best as I can…But beware – this will be pic heavy! Hope you enjoy our winery wedding!
First up is getting ready. I really wish we could have gotten a DOC. Unfortunately the morning of the wedding I was setting out 100+ chairs and setting up all the table décor. While it looked great, it would have been nice to be able to relax. We lucked out with the weather, it was a high of 75 with beautiful sunny skies and a couple clouds. I was very happy about this because this was an all outdoor wedding in October..Yikes! We started getting ready and relaxing around 1pm. Just drinking some wine, eating some snacks, listening to the Spice Girls Pandora station and laughing our butts off 😀 The first and last pictures are personal photos. All of the others are from my fab photog Bridget McEnaney.
My sister and I on the balcony before the beautifying began.
My mom and I..
Aren’t my friends beautiful? The blonde on the right was my Maid/Matron of Honor (my college freshman roommate) and the other two we met at working at Hooters. Love those girls!
Rolling my eyes. While I LOVED my makeup, and ended up liking my hair, my hair definitely wasn’t what I asked for. I have grown to love it though. At the time I was a little annoyed because I didn’t think she was getting my vision.
My godmom, my best friend, and my mom all helping me 😀
All done and ready to go!

Bumping for the daytime bees!
I’ve gotten a couple questions about my dress so I figured I’d say it here also..The designer is Robin Jillian, however they don’t ‘name’ or publish pictures of their dresses, so I don’t have a style number or anything to tell you. It’s really hard to find any pictures or information online. Your best bet is finding a dress salon that sells Robin Jillian dresses and maybe showing them my picture? Also, this dress had more of a fit and flare fit to it..I had it altered to more of a mermaid silhouette and added a mermaid crinoline.
