While I love my wedding pictures on the whole, it makes me sad that there aren’t very many of my Darling Husband and I both facing the camera straight on. I also wish we had taken more time for photos and gotten a little more creative in some of the neat spots we had for photos. It’s been bugging me a lot lately.
So, I checked out Google and discovered the world of anniversary photoshoots. I think the jist of it that people get a few fun pro or semi-pro portraits done for each milestone anniversary…1 year, 5 year, 10 year, 25 year, etc.
What’s your opinion on this? Is it weird/vain, or an awesome way to document your life together? My Darling Husband is an amateur photographer and thinks it’s a really cool idea (imagine being married 50 years and putting all those together in a frame?!) but I am curious to see what others think.
