KittyYogi :  Sounds so frustrating, I am sorry. I don’t know the answer to your question. It wasn’t my experience after either of my miscarriages or my suspected CP. After each MC my period returned within 6 weeks and I definitely ovulated before my first post-MC period with my second MC (based on hormone testing run by my RE). After the initial MC, my periods returned to normal. I’m not sure if I am in the minority or the majority so I can’t say if my experience is normal or unusual, but I can say that both of my doctors (saw different doctors for each MC) said that I should expect my period to return to normal within 6 weeks. Neither of them mentioned irregular periods as a possibilities but that could be because I didn’t ask so it’s hard to say if that’s worth anything. For additional context, I am 35 and both of my MCs were at age 35. If it were me, I would see my RE and look into testing to see if I was ovulating.

Are you using the BBT adjuster to see if that stabilizes your chart at all? It definitely helped with mine when my son was up at some ungodly hours.

Blerg so frustrating! I don’t have personal experience with a miscarriage but I still think it looks totally possible you O’d on CD 26 looking at your chart… I’m also totally with you about getting a tempdrop, I think it’s time for me too. 6 months in and I need something to take a little less tracking effort! lol

KittyYogi :  I second MsPlucky :  the temp adjuster really helped me. I found temping actually messed up my sleep as I kept waking thinking about it. We’re about to TTC for no. 2 & I’ve been researching the Tempdrop bracelet myself!

KittyYogi :  I had a miscarriage in October and have had long cycles since then… It’s hard to tell based on your chart… FX you ovulated later than you thought and you still get your BFP!

KittyYogi :  Ugh! I hate thermometers! I didn’t notice my chart stabilizing until a few days after ovulation, but it at least pin-pointed that I ovulated. Of course, I only ovulated late once after weaning (weaned mid cycle) and then the next cycle ovulated and got pregnant with this nugget. But at least my chart finally looked like SOMETHING was happening.

Well, I got some sea bands (thanks SIL!!) and NOW I feel normal and okay. Before that it was absolute torture. Welcome torture but torture all the same. So either these things are complete miracles or hitting 9 weeks means I turned a corner. I’m too scared to not wear the sea band, so I’ll be wearing it until second tri, lol.

Hopefully you ovulate soon, I hate that limbo.

I had a MMC at 11w4d in June ’18 and it took me almost exactly 3 months to get my period back. I’m sorry, I know it’s frustrating. Also, sorry for your loss 🙁

KittyYogi :  I’m sorry you’re dealing with that, ugh! I hope everything gets straighted out soon for you!

No baby yet but currently around 5.5 weeks with my rainbow 🙂 Thank you for asking! Hoping we get to meet this one.

I’m not sure if it was MC related or not, but when we were trying for our rainbow, I had normal length cycles, but almost every other was annovulatory.
