I have no experience with them but that sure sucks!  Did you have to pay for the sample?  If so, I would call and make them send you the right one so you get your money’s worth!

Contact them. They’re helpful.

Oy, that stinks. I used them and had good results… Sorry you had something go wrong!

I ordered my sisters Bridal Shower invitations from the Diva’s and it was a great experience. They made a lot of good suggestions and the order arrived perfect and on time. It was also a lot cheaper and easier than buying blank invites and filling in all the info myself.

Sorry you had this experience, but they do seem like a legit company that should make you whole in this situation. Good luck!

That would make me nervous as well, but I think you can judge their service even better by seeing how they respond when you let them know.

You can live chat with someone on the site too. That was helpful for us

We ordered our engagement party invites through them, and they were incredibly helpful and the invites were beautiful.  I think that you should give them another chance, especially because it was just a sample – it would be incredibly different if they had printed your invites wrong and emailed them to you.  Not only do you get to customize them on the site itself, but they also email you a proof and offer help on etiquette and minor changes to really make it work.

I ordered my Save-The-Date Cards thru them, and they turned out great.  I’d suggest giving them another chance.

I would also be a little aprehensive about dealing with them. Contact them…maybe there was some sort of misunderstanding.

I ordered some invite samples from them and they sent everything as I ordered it.  It was probably just a mistake, they seem to be a pretty customer service oriented company; I’m sure they’ll somehow make it right.  Hopefully you hear back from them soon!

Im not a big fan.  Some of the designers they carry are nice, but there is also a lot of crap on that site.  I would prefer they would be more particular and prideful about their products rather than just carrying everything.  pllus it would make it far easier to find anything on their site.

I’m surprised, I’ve always heard good things about them.  I ordered samples and had no problems.  I didn’t end up using them though as they were too expensive.  I was using wedding invites for a marketing project and needed a huge number and they didn’t end up being competitive when I priced them out in large quantities.  I ended up going to a print house but my needs were definitely not typical.

I would definitely give them a second chance.  My future sister in law used them for her wedding invites and they turned out great, and she said they were super helpful since they were running low on time.
