I would make sure if you think it will be an issue, make sure to take some pictures where she isn’t there. Like, having someone corral her in a different room or something to ensure you won’t have that issue.

I’m a bit confused as to how this happened unnoticed? I’m a bit off today though!

My little sister (also adopted, around that age) is definitely a center of attention but we made it a point to have “just us” pics. We would say, “These are just of me and Fiance.” Or something like that. I would definitely start enacting that in your family photo times! You guys deserve to have at least SOME pics just the two of you! Granted…I’m a photo nerd and love taking pics, so she’d be very tired if she tried to get in all of them.

Can you have her photoshopped out of some of them?

There’s a feature where you can “clone” part of an image on a photo, like copy and pasting. You or a professional might be able to achieve this to literally paint over her image in the photos barring cropping which just restricts you to proportions of the image. Give it a try. Sorry this happened. Definitely assign someone other than your mother to keep your adopted sister entertained and out of your special posed photos!

@phoenixandstars: I wish I could “like” this.

I was going to say you could find someone to photoshop her out for you, or even just turn the entire background black or white. You should totally have phoenix do this for you!!

@EricaBee: I can’t guess the OP’s intention, but it seems like a harmless statement. Maybe it’s just that she’s much younger than all the other kids and thus a little spoiled. As a younger sister myself, I can say for sure that that can happen :).

I had a feeling some talented Bee would step up an offer to do some editing.  Hooray for @phoenixandstars

It’s really no trouble at all, I am a graphic artist so I do this kind of photoshopping on the regular. Offer stands should you need it. 🙂
