Contact the Manager/Director and let them know what is going on.  Find out who her supervisor is.  If she is the only one, contact the chef directly.


In regard to measurements, was that not listed in the information they gave you?  You can also contact the setup manager.

My reception coordinator was great, but if I had to contact someone at the venue while she was out there was always someone for me to talk to. This happened quite frequently actually since for some reason I always had a bunch of questions on Mondays which is her day off. If it wasn’t an emergency, I just emailed her and waitied, otherwise I would call and ask to speak to someone in catering (and they were all fabulously helpful).

Sounds like you have a good plan. I’d suggest you be completely honest with them and tell them the lack of communication has you considering somewhere else.  Businesses need to know when customers are unhappy, especially when the problem is senseless and easily remedied.  Good luck!
