Emailed them earlier asking when we would be able to set up/ how clean-up would go/when we have to be out… They responded by saying if there is no event the day before ours, we can come in the day before, but if there is we would have to wait until the morning. And all clean up would have to take place by the end of the evening of the event.
So in other words, I STILL don’t know when we will be able to set up, or when we have to leave. LOL. It’s like, wtf?
It’s a little thing, yet still annoying enough to make me come here and vent about it.
In any case, it will suck if we have to wait until the day of. How have you brides managed that? I feel like I’ll be so nervous that day, setting up last minute will make me a total nutcase!!

Our venue also told us that we could get in the night before to decorate as long as there wasn’t another function, so I’m really hoping there won’t be. If there is we can get in as early as 8am which works for us since we’re having an evening ceremony/reception. My parents, bridal party, their spouses and some friends are helping to setup if it’s the day before or the morning of. We don’t have to clean up until the next morning, which is very helpful. We’re at a hotel and everyone will be spending the night.

I think we will have plenty of time if my ceremony is at 2:30 or 3:00… I have a lot of willing and eager aunts to help, thankfully! I’d want my hair done around 12:30, but if we were able to have 4 hours or so I think it would be enough… we’re having around 150 people and I’d probably have 4-6 people to help me out.
