(Closed) Another 30 Day Challenge Thread

Have you tried doing 30 Day Shred? It is a great at home dvd by Jillian Michaels. I just started it and am already noticing results. It is a 20 minute circuit training DVD and it was hard work, but I feel like it really works.

I know that feeling @amberaustin. I don’t have a dress fitting coming up, but a trip to my wedding location to start selecting my vendors. I try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I also use exercisetv.tv at home on the days when I can’t make it. My goal is to just tone up a bit more and maybe lose 5-10 pounds, but that depends. Lol I don’t want to look sick!
